Limitation of Liability

In all cases legally considered force majeure, no compensation obligation shall arise due to delay, non-performance or default.

Dispute Resolution: In the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of this Agreement, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply; the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction.
